Privacy
This is a starting draft, not legal advice. Review and complete it before you launch properly.
Bad Cards Out currently has no accounts. The maps and match logs you create are saved in your own browser, on your own device, and are not sent to us.
To show card images and search for cards, your browser sends card names directly to Scryfall (scryfall.com). Scryfall has its own privacy policy.
Share links contain the whole map in the web address, after the # symbol. Browsers do not send that part to our server, so we never receive it. Anyone you give the link to can read the map, and a link posted somewhere public is public. Backup files are saved on your own device.
We do not currently run advertising or analytics. If that changes, this page will say so, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.
